Schrock Innovations already has a tutorial out on how to remove this new variation if the SmitFraud spyware infection. ContraVirus will display the usual SmitFraud problems (showing false pop-ups, trying to get you to buy dummy software, etc.)

Here is a guide to help you remove contravirus.
