Our terms of use are pretty straight forward. You can use this website and its content in any way that helps rid the world of Spyware, Malware, and Adware. You may copy and paste from the site as long as you provide credit and a backlink to our index page. You can reprint any information found on this website on another website as long as you provide a backlink to our home page on every page you create that contains our research.

You MAY NOT use an automated program to harvest information from this website. We don't have the bandwidth to accomodate such requests. In addition, many of the scam anti-spyware programs available (that are usually malware themselves) get their databases and updates from sites such as this one. We can detect mass dowload activity from our HTML and our database. Any IP address found to be doing a mass-download without the express permission of the Database of Spyware Project will be permanently banned from viewing this site.

If you would like a copy of our database for your own personal use, please . We are always in need of donations, and for a small (and I mean small) donation, we would be happy to give you a copy in database form. We will ask what you are using it for, so be prepared to answer!
